Zerach Yisroel, Holistic Wellness Advisor
Welcome to the new KOTU Centre — a vision built from the belief that every person has the right to truth, to healing, and to a life renewed. This is a place where modern knowledge, ancient wisdom, and proven natural remedies come together with one purpose: to give life back to those who are suffering, and to those who have been told there is no hope left.
The KOTU Centre is not the end of the road — it is the beginning of a new path.
Across the world, people are being told the same heartbreaking message:
“There is nothing more we can do.” "We can only treat you, not cure you."
Patients are sent home without options, without answers, and without a real understanding of what is possible. The medical system offers what it can — but too often, it stops where true healing must continue.
The KOTU Centre believes something different:
The body can heal.
The mind can rebuild.
The spirit can return to strength.
We are not the healers — the Creator is.
We are the facilitators, the ones who ignite the process, guide the journey, and support the body’s own ability to restore itself.
The KOTU Centre is designed as a 30-day immersive wellness experience — not as a clinic, not as a retreat, but as a complete reset for the entire human system.
People don’t just visit —they come to recover their life. Here, a person is seen as a whole:
Body, Mind, Spirit, Environment, Story.
We combine:
Real healing is not one technique —
it is the right combination, applied with clarity and purpose.
This center is founded on truth — truth about the human body, truth about health, and truth about the world we live in.
People are not sick because they lack medicine —
they are sick because they lack truth, knowledge, and the tools to let the body do what it was designed to do.
Here, you will find:
The truth is simple: your body does not want to die — it wants to live.
When given what it needs, it can do the impossible.
The KOTU Centre exists for anyone seeking healing — but especially for:
We are here before the crisis, not only after.
We are the place people should come first, not when everything else has failed.
The KOTU Centre will also become a place where people can learn the truth about:
This is a human mission — not a business model.
Bringing the KOTU Centre to life requires partnership with those who believe in healing, truth, and human potential.
In alignment with this mission, we are preparing to establish the centre under a non-profit structure, so that support and donations can directly enable people to receive treatment — especially those who can’t afford it.
Your support can:
When the non-profit status is complete, donations will be tax-deductible, helping more people take part in changing the future of wellness.
The new KOTU Centre is not just a facility.
It is a statement:
Healing is possible.
Truth still exists.
Lives can be restored.
We invite you to be part of this mission —
to help create a place where hope is not theory,
where healing is not limited by policy,
and where every human being has the chance to come back to life.

A pushka (פּוּשְׁקֶע) is more than just a charity box—it is a vessel of bracha (blessing) and chesed (kindness). Giving tzedakah through a pushka is a time-honored way to invite divine abundance into one’s life, as taught in the Torah: “Tzedakah saves from death” (Mishlei 10:2).

A phetak (פיתק) is a heartfelt note placed in the sacred crevices of the Kotel (Western Wall), a site where the Shechinah (Divine Presence) has never departed. It is a profound way to bring personal prayers, requests, and pleas before Hashem in a place of holiness.
As a Kohen with a rare spiritual calling and an intimate connection to HaKadosh Baruch Hu, I will personally write your phetak and place it at the Kotel, ensuring that your deepest hopes—whether for healing, livelihood, peace, or guid
A bracha (ברכה) is more than words—it is a channel for divine abundance and protection. Throughout history, the Kohanim have been entrusted with blessing Am Yisrael, as it is written: "So shall you bless the Children of Israel..." (Bamidbar 6:23).
As a Kohen with a rare spiritual calling and an intimate connection to HaKadosh Baruch Hu, I will personally offer a bracha on your behalf, drawing upon the sacred tradition of the Birkat Kohanim. Whether for health, success, or spiritual clarity, your

The KOTU Centre in Jerusalem is more than a place—it is a foundation of Torah, healing, and unity. For years, it has nourished both body and soul, offering Shabbat meals, learning, and a haven for those seeking spiritual and physical renewal.

Sponsoring a סעודת שבת (Seudat Shabbat) is a meaningful way to honor loved ones and express gratitude while fostering unity and spiritual connection.
Our Shabbat meals have always been a place where miracles happen—three couples met and married, deep friendships were fostered, and countless individuals experienced the transformative power of Shabbat. Your support ensures that this incredible experience continues, providing joy, nourishment, and inspiration for all who attend.
