Zerach Yisroel HaKohen
Zerach Yisroel HaKohen
This prophetic experience, detailed below, was a true turning point for me. When the rains returned to Israel after the launch of the Melech HaOlam project, I realized that this was real—and that I had a true mission in the world. This pivotal moment, documented here, underscores the extraordinary nature of my journey. Here's what happened.
In late 2010, upon returning to New York from my first trip to Israel, a remarkable revelation occurred, resembling a form of prophecy. Before this revelation, I had passionately stressed the precise pronunciation of blessings, particularly the phrase "Melech HaOlam." I emphasized the importance of distinguishing and not blending the sounds of the last letter "ך" in "מלך Melech" (King) with the "ה" in "העולם HaOlam" (of the Universe). I had spoken about this publicly before the revelation, receiving positive feedback from talks at the Carlebach Shul and other gatherings.
Two weeks after returning to New York, I made the decision to make Aliyah to Israel. While parked on the Upper West Side on West End Avenue in Manhattan, after turning off my car's engine, I suddenly received a message suggesting a connection between the pronunciation of blessings and the lack of rain in Israel, which had been experiencing severe drought for decades. Perplexed by what I was seeing, I called my friend Zvi on my mobile phone and asked
about the gematria (numerical value)
of "מלך Melech," to which he replied 90.
I then inquired about the gematria
of "העולם HaOlam," and he said it was 151.
seeing that the "ה" looked closed and resembled a "ח" (chet), I noted this discrepancy and
added 3 to the 151, as the numerical value of "ח" (chet) is 3 higher than "ה," which is 5.
This adjustment resulted in a gematria
of 154.
Additionally, factoring in the last letter "ך" in "מלך Melech" (King) with a gematria of 20 and the "ח" (chet) with a gematria of 8, the total became 272.
I then inquired with Zvi about a word with the numerical value of 272, and he mentioned "Ra'av" (famine).
I realized I was on the right path to receiving more information. At that moment, "Eloheinu" (Our G-d) appeared, and I asked Zvi about its gematria, to which he responded 102.
The realization struck me: when pronounced correctly, the blessing "אלהינו מלך העולם Eloheinu Melech HaOlam" added up to 343, the same gematria as "גשם Geshem" (Rain). This prophetic revelation left me in awe, completely spellbound. But what was I to do next?
I eagerly shared this newfound revelation with everyone and in 2011 I made Aliyah. To spread the word, I printed 100,000 flyers showcasing this incredible insight of the Gematria of rain in every blessing and the pronunciation, as seen in the photo above. These flyers were distributed across Israel and Orthodox communities globally. Remarkably, as soon as the distribution began, the rains started to come back. The rainfall persisted, resulting in the Kinneret reaching its highest level in 30 years—an undeniable testament to the profound impact of this revelation and the collective power of fixing a simple pronunciation in a blessing by the Jewish people.
